To me, this photo could have been taken at any time in NYC. It's almost as if the weather waits for NYC traffic to start, and then it explodes all over the city, laughing at us. Meanwhile, I'm over here turning my nice white shoes black with the street gunk that comes up in the rain. NYC is kind of timeless.
