The Waves of the Southwest

From above, these canyons are not so impressive. They’re hidden and cavernous; dark and dungy. But when you step inside, the light bursts through the slots and the waves ripple out from the skies. This was hands down the most photogenic terrain i’ve seen to date. It was next to impossible to make these walls look bad but I can’t say I didn’t try. (How many negatives do i need in a sentence to make a positive again?)
